That carousel was built in my home town. As kids we'd hit Werkeley Candy shop on Goundry Street then head across, up the railroad embankment high enough to look over the Allan Herschell (Spillman) yards. Every now and then they'd let us in. The old Carnegie children's library had a Herschell horse, swan seat and lion. North Tonawanda, NY
